At Giggles & Growth, we want every child to feel safe, confident and connected to the people and environment around them.
Children’s safety, rights, wellbeing and best interests are the paramount consideration in everything we do. Educators and leaders share responsibility for protecting children and acting on concerns.
Respect, equity, inclusion and positive relationships guide our practice. We recognise children as capable learners and value their interests, abilities and perspectives. Children’s voices and choices shape our play and leisure program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time, Our Place.
We recognise families as children’s first educators and partner with families, schools and our community. We want our service to feel like an extension of family, offering warm relationships and professional care families can trust.
We value diverse cultures and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, care for our environment and reflect together to continually improve our practice.
Individual attention and positive reinforcement help each child feel valued and confident to try new things.
Creative arts, sport, mindfulness and Homework Club offer different ways to play, connect and learn.
We support social and emotional growth alongside independence, resilience, compassion and a sense of purpose.
A world of belonging
Our vision is a safe, inclusive and joyful community where faith, love and learning come together.
We want children to feel comfortable being themselves, build friendships and discover what they can do.
Children have opportunities to make choices, explore their interests and develop independence with caring guidance nearby.
We aim to create an inclusive space where creativity, friendships and self-confidence have room to grow.
Faith-informed values guide everyday care, nurturing compassion, moral grounding and spiritual wellbeing alongside learning and play.
Regular communication helps us understand your child’s interests, progress and needs, so we can support their journey together.
