These are the full session fees before any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied.
Permanent days are available for before and after school care. An additional session that was not pre-booked costs $3 extra ($36 before CCS). Vacation care is charged per day, with different prices for incursion and excursion days.

Before school · $33
Per session, before CCS. $33 pre-booked; $36 for an unbooked extra day. 7:00–9:30 am.
After school · $33
Per session, before CCS. $33 pre-booked; $36 for an unbooked extra day. 3:30–6:00 pm.
Vacation incursion · $79
Per day, before CCS. Casual days during non-term time. 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
Vacation excursion · $119
Per day, before CCS. Casual days during non-term time. 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
Child Care Subsidy
How your gap
fee works.
Eligible families may receive CCS. The subsidy paid to the service reduces your bill; the amount you pay is the gap fee.
Session fee − CCS paid = your gap fee. Your actual result depends on your entitlement, eligible hours, the applicable hourly rate cap and withholding.
The practical details.
A $33 after-school example
At an illustrative 90% subsidy, $29.70 CCS leaves a $3.30 gap; at 80%, $26.40 CCS leaves $6.60; at 70%, $23.10 CCS leaves $9.90.
Examples only, not quotes. They assume the full $33 is eligible. Hourly rate caps, eligible hours and the usual 5% CCS withholding may change what you pay at the time.
Additional fees
Casual before- or after-school session that was not pre-booked: +$3 per session.
One-off enrolment: $39 per child.
Late collection: $5 per minute.
Late payment: $10 per week.
Plan your day
Before school: 7:00–9:30 am.
After school: 3:30–6:00 pm.
Vacation care: 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
Monday to Friday.
